Our pop-up coffee bar includes everything you need to offer high-quality coffee at your event. We bring professional baristas, commercial espresso equipment, all ingredients, cups, and setup. Whether you're hosting a corporate event, exhibition, or private gathering, we deliver a full coffee experience, customised to suit your space and audience.

How many drinks are included with a pop-up coffee bar hire?

We offer unlimited drinks for a set number of guests, typically over a 4–8 hour window. Our team keeps service flowing smoothly, ensuring guests enjoy fresh barista-made drinks throughout the event. If you're expecting higher footfall, we’ll help plan the most efficient setup and drink coverage for your audience.

How long does the pop-up coffee bar operate at an event?

Our pop-up coffee bars can run for a half day, full day, or longer. Standard service times range from 4 to 8 hours, depending on your needs. We arrive early to set up and stay afterward to pack down, making the experience completely hassle-free for your team.

What space and facilities are needed for a pop-up coffee bar?

We require:

  • A flat, stable surface (minimum working area: 1.0m x 1.5m)

  • Access to a 13amp socket (2.8kW) within 2 metres

  • Suitable access for unloading and setup

Our cart itself is compact — just 85cm x 55cm — making it ideal for indoor and event spaces with limited room.

What happens if the weather is bad or access is restricted?

If you're booking an outdoor pop-up coffee bar, we can adapt to changing conditions — including simplifying the menu or relocating the cart. However, we may not be able to operate if conditions are unsafe or access is blocked. We're not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, or public health issues), but we'll always work with you to find a solution.

How do I book a pop-up coffee bar for my event?

Booking is easy:

  1. Confirm your event details

  2. Accept our Terms & Conditions in writing

  3. Pay the booking deposit

Once confirmed, we’ll send you an official booking confirmation and handle the rest. For short-notice events, see the next section.

Can I book a pop-up coffee bar at short notice?

Yes — if you’re booking within 7 days of your event, you won’t need to pay a deposit. Instead, full payment is required within 14 days of the event (or before the event, if sooner). Your booking will be confirmed once we receive written acceptance of the terms.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel your pop-up coffee bar booking:

  • Refunds may be available depending on how far in advance you cancel (this is agreed case-by-case)

  • Unused drink allowances are non-refundable

  • If we cancel for internal reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Are you insured and food safety certified?

Yes. We carry:

  • £10 million Public Liability Insurance

  • 5-star Food Hygiene Rating
    All staff are certified in food safety and health regulations. Documentation can be provided for your venue or event organiser on request.

Can we keep our event private and not appear in your marketing?

We may showcase elements of our pop-up coffee bar service (e.g., cart setup, signage) in our portfolio, website, or social media. However, we never feature recognisable people or sensitive brand content without consent. If you'd prefer full privacy, just let us know — we’ll be happy to keep your booking off the record.
